5 Apprenticeships Commenced with Eire Constructions

At Eire Constructions we’re committed to excellence and training and recently enrolled 5 people in apprenticeships through one of our training partners.

The apprenticeships include:
• Road Construction and Maintenance
• Bituminous Surfacing
• Pipe Laying
• Civil Construction (General).

The apprenticeships will be delivered ‘on the job’ and run for three years as part of our commitment to upskilling our workforce.

Offering training and career opportunities in construction is a key focus for Eire.

“Eire Constructions is committed to training school leavers and our skilled workforce who may wish to diversify their training,” said Managing Director Peter Hodson.

“Having a skilled workforce is vital for a growing region and for the delivery of high quality projects for our clients. We’re committed to continuing training across the board to counter any potential skills shortages in the construction industry.”

Opportunities are available for two school based civil construction trainees in 2017. Visit Eire Construction Careers for career information.
