Eire Constructions recently completed pro bono Emergency Works for the Lake Innes RFS at their compound on the corner of Lake Innes Drive and the highway.
The work had been in the pipeline but was urgently needed with the recent fire emergencies. The current bushfires placed increasing pressure on our local Rural Fire Service. At present with the ongoing fire conditions the Lake Innes RFS needed more space for parking and for additional equipment. With an urgent need to erect a shed Eire Constructions, experts in earthmoving sent some crew to assist.
The Eire Constructions team stepped in to manage the earthworks for the project including excavating the footings and pouring the blindings for the concrete step beneath the shed.
“Eire Constructions were pleased to support the bush fire emergency. We happily donated our time and resources to get the project over the line for Lake Innes Rural Fire Service and we’re happy to support the local RFS with our construction expertise,” said Project Manager, Jeff Maker.
It was great to invite the Lake Innes RFS to our Eire Constructions Christmas party at Port Macquarie Race Club to share our thanks for their ongoing efforts in the bushfire emergency.
