New Project – Greta to Branxton Water Main Upgrade Stage 1

The Huntlee development is a new township near the wine growing and tourist areas of Pokolbin and Rothbury situated in the Hunter region of NSW. It will become its own community with a land release of up to 7200 dwellings.

Eire Constructions has been chosen to work as part of the Huntlee development team to deliver a water main to service the newly constructed town centre. The 2.2 kilometre water main will extend from Greta to Branxton along the New England Highway.

The project includes laying the 375 millimetre main using Zinalium Dutilie Iron pipes, installation of associated pipe line component including the installation of Pressure Reducing Valves, Scour Valves, Air Valves and pits.

The project will take our Southern Division approximately 13 weeks to complete.
