Eire was awarded the Port Macquarie-Hastings Council Fixing Country Bridges Program to deliver the replacement of eight ageing bridge and culvert structures across the Mid North Coast. The project includes the construction of four new modular bridges and four reinforced concrete box culverts, improving the safety, resilience and reliability of key regional transport links.
Working in close collaboration with Council, local traffic management contractors and utility providers, Eire has carefully staged construction to minimise disruption, maintain access for residents and critical services, and ensure efficient project delivery. The upgrades will enhance road safety, improve flood resilience and waterway flow, and increase transport capacity to support the region's future growth.
The program demonstrates Eire's expertise in delivering complex civil infrastructure projects across multiple live sites, incorporating bridge construction, earthworks, roadworks, utility relocations, environmental management and traffic control while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
