The Hive 5 concept is the result of a lot of soul searching at EIRE.  We reached a crossroads where we had to make the leap from a  big small company, into a genuine scaled service provider for customers who share our values surrounding sustainability. The question we asked ourselves was, “how do  we deliver the scale benefits of a corporate, and retain the heart of a privateer?” The answer was simple.  Never forget where we came from.
