Eire Constructions was engaged by Hunter Water Corporation to deliver the renewal of a critical trunk watermain in Louth Park, south of Maitland. The project involved the construction of a 1,400m OD813 MSCL Sintalock pipeline, incorporating both trenched and trenchless installation methods, including the complex design and delivery of a trenchless crossing beneath Louth Park Road. Eire’s in-house team carried out all specialised Sintalock welding, ensuring full quality control and technical precision across the entire pipeline.
The project required close engagement with local landholders, particularly in managing livestock containment around the work zone. Eire’s proactive and respectful approach to community interaction was acknowledged with positive feedback from Hunter Water.
Additionally, the careful management of the construction program helped maintain schedule while minimising disruption—further reflecting Eire’s commitment to collaborative delivery and operational excellence.
