‘Whipbird Grove at Innes Lake’ is a boutique 11 lot residential development located in the burgeoning suburb of Lake Innes peninsula.

Eire Constructions was awarded the contract to complete earthworks, installation of stormwater and interlot drainage, sewer and water utilities installation.

The works were completed in a confined site which required collaboration with numerous external subcontractors at various stages of construction on the development.

The project was completed successfully on time and without incident or injury.
