Today Luminosity Youth Summit launched an exciting lineup of presenters to ignite passion and purpose in young people throughout the region and beyond.
Tadhg Kelliher of Eire Constructions attended the breakfast launch at Rydges Port Macquarie to hear young people share their favourite moments from Luminosity, now in its seventh year.
St Josephs Regional College student Riley Dietrich said he was inspired to speak out about his dyslexia by sailor Jessica Watson who presented in 2018. He said, “Everyone has a purpose or place and everyone’s story matters, and whatever happens in life keep your head up as there will always be better things to come.”
“If I could wave a magic wand I would make Luminosity a mandatory event for all young people to go to once because it is an amazing opportunity,” added Riley.
Luminosity Youth Summit is a dynamic national three day event uplifting young people to explore dangerous ideas for success. The event ignites creativity, excellence and entrepreneurship and fosters purpose and well-being amongst young people aged 15 – 25.
“Eire Constructions is keen to invest in young people as a regional partner for Luminosity Youth Summit 2019. The opportunities this event creates for young people across the Mid North Coast is incredible,” said Tadhg.
“Leadership and innovation are values we support throughout our company and it’s great to see young people have the chance to harness these skills in practice.”
Luminosity Youth Summit will take place from 24 – 26 July 2019.
