Eire constructions recently completed the upgrade to the Evans Head Holiday Park, New South Wales on behalf of our client NSW Crown Holiday Parks Trust.
The new premium villas are now open, take the time to visit this hidden coastal gem of the NSW Far North Coast.The work included the demolition of existing tennis courts, clubhouse, and existing internal roads. The Eire team constructed the new internal road network and carparks to new sites and cabins. Installation of 13 new high-end modular cabins complete with stairs and disability access ramps, and the construction of a new entrance to the Riverside Precinct via McDonald Street.

Project Components
Demolition Works: Demolition and removal of existing structures, foundations, concrete tennis courts and redundant park infrastructure.
Bulk Earthworks: Cut to fill operations to create new level sites utilising the crushed and screened material from the demolition of the tennis courts.
Road Construction: Construction of new internal roads, pavements and kerb. Storm Water Drainage: Installation and connection to the existing infrastructure of new stormwater pipelines and pits for roadways and site drainage.
Utility Services Installation: Installation and commissioning of water, power, gravity sewer and fire mains from the new sites into the existing infrastructure.
Electrical Fit-out: Engage and management of an electrical subcontractor to supply, install and commissioning all electrical works, including a 315kVa transformer.
Landscaping and Concrete Works: Engage and management of a landscaping subcontractor to complete all had and soft landscaping works.
